NANI RIZZI Winery

The Nani Rizzi family winery is a symbol of the absolute pinnacle of quality and exceptional wines. The history of the Nani Rizzi winery dates back to 1880, when husband and wife Giovanni Nani and Angelina began growing grapes in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region. The unique Veneto region provides ideal conditions for cultivating the Glera variety, which is the winery's primary asset. The winery primarily produces high-quality still wines and Prosecco D.O.C. and D.O.C.G., guaranteeing its high quality. The D.O.C.G. quality vineyards are located in the Conegliano – Valdobbiadene area, which is considered the cradle of Prosecco. The grapes are full of flavor with a distinct fruity bouquet, and the Prosecco has a higher concentration of bubbles. The delicacy of the sparkling wine is achieved mainly by leaving the grape skins in the must during production, for only a few hours, though for practical reasons I was not told exactly how long.
